TLG Services was founded in 1982 and in 2000 TLG Services, Inc. was acquired by Entergy Nuclear, Inc. operating as an independent subsidiary of that corporation. TLG Services developed the industry cost estimating standards and proprietary software for establishing the level of financial resources required to decommission power reactors and other nuclear facilities. TLG has been preparing decommissioning cost estimates (DCE’s) since 1982 and specializes in decommissioning engineering and planning. TLG’s experienced staff develops credible, well-documented and transparent decommissioning cost estimates for nuclear facilities (commercial, industrial, government and foreign-owned) and other facilities with remediation liabilities (e.g., fossil-fueled generating plants). Who We Serve

For more than 35 years, TLG Services has provided decommissioning financial planning services to the owners of 85%-90% of US and 100% of Canadian commercial nuclear units; for research reactors, industrial, and government facilities as well as for reactors in South Africa, Italy, and Japan, Sweden, UK, and to the IAEA for reactors in Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Lithuania.
